• While studying at UTS, I worked as the customer relationship facilitator at Woolworths and managed a team of 4 customer facing retail reps. This was a part-time job as I was only allowed to work 20 hours a week per student visa.
• Started as a casual employee on contract
• Got a permanent part-time role within 8 weeks
• Promoted as the manager of the customer relationship team in 5 months
• Maximized sales for the store by bringing in strategic improvements
• Monthly liaised with the area manager on expecting process improvements
