About

I've spent my career figuring out why smart companies with great products still stumble, and more often than not, it comes back to people. Not in a soft, hand-wavy way. In a "your leadership team isn't aligned, and it's showing up in your burn rate" kind of way. As a CPO, I've worked across biotech, life sciences, and high-growth tech, from scrappy pre-IPO teams to $500M+ companies navigating across 40+ countries. The problems I get called in to solve tend to be the expensive ones: leaders who aren't talking to each other, talent pipelines that can't support expansion, culture issues that surface during diligence at exactly the wrong moment. I've gotten pretty good at untangling those. What I actually do: • Build leadership benches that hold up under pressure and under scrutiny from investors • Integrate AI into how teams recruit, develop, and operate, practically, not theoretically • Coach C-suite leaders through the transitions that don't show up in the org chart • Design the accountability systems that turn strategy from a slide into actual results • Help companies get people-ready for IPOs, M&A, and global expansion without the usual chaos I work best with CEOs and boards who've figured out that people strategy isn't a support function. It's how you compete. If you're navigating hypergrowth, a liquidity event, or just trying to build something that actually lasts, I'd love to connect.
