  • Large initiatives implemented include: Owning life cycle implementation of large systems projects like Closed-End loan systems, Loyalty management systems, and Cobranded cards, Implementing large regulatory, risk, operational, marketing compliance, and cost savings initiatives. Regulatory initiatives included Card Act, UDAP, and Reg Z, leading new merchant credit card launches, co-branded credit card launches and credit card conversions from various third-party providers to grow the retail services business from $5Billion to $10Billion in receivables.
  • Responsible for Merchant Credit Card launches, Innovative product offerings in emerging Point of Sale technologies in the Powersports and dealer space for business growth. Developed processes to increase the efficiency of portfolio conversions for the Retail card business.
