Nine years into the dynamic world of product development, my journey has been anything but ordinary. From landing a customer support role as a fresh engineering grad in India, after enduring over 30 rejections for software development roles, the beginning seemed like a rocky start. But, little did I know that this 'rocky start' was the first step towards an exhilarating journey. Within a year of starting my career, I transitioned from customer rep to team lead, then an analyst, and finally a product manager, learning more hands-on lessons than I ever did during my college years.
