About

I founded Good-To-Great (G2G) Innovative Solutions on the premise of lessons learned from more than 25 years of professional work experience, principally in senior leadership roles responsible for finance, operations, and grant/contract management in the nonprofit sector. I work closely with clients to boost their operational efficiency, by my erudition to work SMARTER, not HARDER. I have dismantled the popular metaphorical expression “think outside the box”, because I feel the expression interferes with development. Just get RID of the “box”, all together … and THINK. That is the best way to innovative solutions, and take your good-enough, and turn it to GREAT. The following are my areas of core competency: • Change Management • Financial Operations Management • Operational Efficiency • Policy Research and Development • Federal Awards Management My target market is 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organizations (NPOs); and my business (G2GIS) is an officially certified Small Business Enterprise - and Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprise - by the State of New Jersey. In addition to having a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree, I also has the following certificates: Federal Grant Management Certificate – 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements; Basics in Federal Contracting; and Nonprofit Management.
