About

As Capgemini’s UK Managing Director I'm proud to be working with a broad range of organizations to support them in unleashing our collective human energy to accelerate business outcomes. Capgemini brings the latest technologies across cloud, AI, software, digital engineering combined with deep industry knowledge so businesses can be future-ready. Together with our clients and partners, we leverage the latest technology and cutting-edge thinking. Our innovation ecosystem combines technology, a network of B2B start-ups, and proven methodologies and services that deliver tangible value. By leveraging these resources, we empower businesses to reinvent themselves for the long term and unlock the full potential of technology to create a better future. As a leader I’m committed to building a strong, supportive and effective team that not only delivers outstanding results but has the opportunity to grow and learn from one another. On top of modernising businesses, I’m passionate about building diverse and inclusive work cultures, and using innovative technology to create sustainable business practices and deliver upon climate pledges, topics which you will see me discuss plenty on here. Before joining Capgemini, I spent 3 years at Cognizant where I was first Managing Director for the UK&I before being promoted to President of Global Growth Markets. I was part of Cognizant’s global executive team where is had responsible for all market territories outside of the Americas. Prior to Cognizant I spent 24 years at EY. It was there that as a Partner, I led the Market team & strategy for the Consulting business. Prior to that I led the Risk Advisory practice, managing risk for several FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 corporate clients across multiple industries. It’s where I got to develop and deliver on my passions for company growth and go-to-market strategies, which I can now execute at Capgemini.
