• In Quest, I worked towards strengthening the organization's vision towards capacity building of educators in India integrating technology, design thinking, data, gender equity & inclusion with a great program management team. My key areas of focus were overall program strategy and design to support a scale ready model for:
• 1) MasterCoach - a blended learning professional development program for educators in India.
• 2) Emerging Leaders Program - a leadership development program for civil society professionals
• 3) Skills for Online Facilitation - A Quest rapid response to support educators deal with the pressures of online learning. A two week online course conceptualised, designed and developed in the midst of COVID 19, now accessible for all on Quest App.
• 4) Annual Quest 2 Learn Summit - A platform focused on dialogues and stories around 'Future of Work and Learning', I led the design, agenda and overall facilitation
• 5) Annual Staff Meeting - A weeklong gathering of all staff to celebrate, reflect and network, an annual ritual key to culture building in Quest Alliance
• 6) Project Management - Oversee areas of impact evaluation, fiscal management, project reviews and stakeholder relationships

• I lead the strategy and design for change.org foundation's programmatic work across the Asia, Africa and Latin America.Our program strategy focuses on leveraging technology, building grassroots partnerships and investing in community leadership. Developed on the philosophy of people-led social change, it combines the practical expertise of change.org's petition creation and digital campaigning, so leaders from marginalized communities can create the change they want to see.

• I co-created the flagship program by the change.org foundation - 'She Creates Change' - an immersive leadership program for women from marginalized communities. It focuses on equipping women with digital campaigning skills so they can create the change they want to see.

• In my work I use gaming, team challenges, theatre, and arts based facilitation all woven through a blended learning approach, where online learning becomes, fun, useful and accessible. Through facilitation, I create meaningful learning experiences for employees, campaigners, entrepreneurs, trainers and teachers through designs aimed at capacity building, youth leadership and other aspects of organisational learning and development.

• I worked as an adventure & wilderness educator with inme & Youreka teaching riverside backpacking, outdoor survival in the mountains to school children in the age group 11 years to 17 years. During this time I also consulted and worked in many short term projects that were designed to build leadership for corporates, teachers and NGOs.
• During this time I learnt & unlearnt how learning happens, and equipped myself to understand the basics of experiential learning methodologies using mediums like gaming, arts, theatre, adventure and outdoors.
• I have worked with I Discover I, InMe, Explorers Outdoor Education and Centre for Wildlife Studies too during this period.

I specifically worked on GE Healthcare's communication & CSR campaign 'Save the Girl Child' during this time which went on to win the 2008 Gabby's Award (Annual Awards by Genesis BM) for best client servicing of the year.
