I am a facilitator at heart and by my craft. I have dedicated my career to understanding how adults learn and what they need to thrive in teams and organizations. I have worked in culturally diverse contexts across Global South. My practice sits at the intersection of coaching and facilitation, and I can support an organization/ community have deep authentic conversations and align towards a strategic direction. -CEO Coaching Certification (ACC) under International Coaching Federation with +60 hours of practice. -2018 Stanford Ignite Fellow for social entrepreneurship and innovation from Stanford Graduate School of Business. - 2024 Cohort mentor for ‘Changemakers Sierra Leone’, a Social Entrepreneurship Programme delivered by LSE Generate (the Entrepreneurship Centre at the London School of Economics and Political Science) and the IPAM Centre of Excellence in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. I am trained in social artistry by Partners in Youth Empowerment, The Power of Hope as well as Play for Peace.
