I’m a mixed-methods UX Researcher with a chemical engineering background. I’ve built research practices from scratch and use storytelling to align teams, influence strategy, and drive decisions with empathy. My approach combines analytical rigour with creative thinking to tackle complex problems and unlock new opportunities. I’ve worked across industries spanning HR tech, SaaS, insurance, smart home, energy, and financial services. I uncover the untold and invisible human stories, helping businesses truly become people-centric and deliver long-term value. Beyond my day-to-day job, I mentor emerging talent in tech, give back to the UX community, and speak at international events about psychology, research impact and empathy in tech. I’m also committed to supporting education and inclusion initiatives. Currently pausing new mentees' requests, but always open to speaking engagements and impactful collaborations!
