Early in my career, I struggled to get interviews. And when I finally did I was nervous, second-guessing myself, and constantly wondering if I was saying the “right” thing. I didn’t lack ability. I lacked confidence, clarity, and an understanding of how hiring really worked. Over time, I found my way into recruiting and eventually spent more than 16 years on the other side of the table. I saw how decisions were actually made. What stood out. What didn’t. Why some people kept getting opportunities while others stayed stuck, despite being just as capable. That inside view changed everything. But what really stayed with me was this: So many talented people weren’t failing because they weren’t good enough. They were failing quietly, without feedback, direction, or encouragement. Teaching has always been part of who I am. I love helping people see what’s possible for themselves, sometimes before they can see it on their own. That’s why I built The Offer Path. Teaching job seekers how to land interviews & job offers without mass applying.
