He presented papers in various national and international seminars, conferences and has considerable number of publications to his credit. He has been awarded the stature of Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) by All India Management Association (AIMA) and Silver Medal and honour for case study presentation by National Human Resource Development Network and XLRI respectively. Professor Mukherjee has been the Corporate Trainer of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) and conducted several MDPs & FDPs.
