 Maintaining the resume database & tracking the candidate’s information and candidate’s competencies, skills & aspirations based on work, position, salary & relocation etc. & making them understand their roles & responsibilities.
 Finding appropriate candidates from various job posting responses, database search from the job portals, Company Database, old relevant databases as well as through reference.
 Salary negotiation & follow up with selected candidates.
 Releasing offer letters
 Coordination for Walk-In interview drives.
 Cooperation for campus interview drives
 Follow up & coordination with respective managers.
 Handling middle & senior level requirements.
 Working on Embedded requirements (Autosar, Matlab, MBD, Hardware & software designing, Functional safety ,HIL Testing ,wiring harness,Product design ,Vehicle integration ,etc….).
