For over 20 years, my passion has been driving technology-led business transformation to enhance customer experience and accelerate growth. As President of Global Customer Operations at ServiceNow, I’m focused on empowering organizations around the world to unlock meaningful value through the ServiceNow AI Platform. In this role, I lead our Global Sales, Customer Success, Partner Ecosystems, and Field Operations teams. Most recently, I oversaw our global go-to-market teams as EVP of Worldwide Sales and helped scale ServiceNow's growth engine. Previously, I launched the value acceleration solution, ServiceNow Impact, and as President of Global Industries and Strategic Growth, helped drive 40% of company revenue by co-developing industry-specific solutions with our top customers. Before joining ServiceNow, I was Under Armour's Chief Experience Officer, leading global Direct-to-Consumer, Connected Fitness, and digital experiences. Earlier in my career, I served in the U.S. Army, where I first learned the leadership principle that guides me today: mission first, team second, self third. I hold a B.S. in Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Baltimore and am a graduate of the The Wharton School's Advanced Management Program.
