As President of Global Customer Operations at ServiceNow, I’m focused on empowering organizations around the world to unlock meaningful value through the ServiceNow AI Platform. In this role, I lead our Global Sales, Customer Success, Partner Ecosystems, and Field Operations teams. Most recently, I oversaw our global go-to-market teams as EVP of Worldwide Sales and helped scale ServiceNow's growth engine. Previously, I launched the value acceleration solution, ServiceNow Impact, and as President of Global Industries and Strategic Growth, helped drive 40% of company revenue by co-developing industry-specific solutions with our top customers. Before joining ServiceNow, I was Under Armour's Chief Experience Officer, leading global Direct-to-Consumer, Connected Fitness, and digital experiences. Earlier in my career, I served in the U.S. Army, where I first learned the leadership principle that guides me today: mission first, team second, self third. I hold a B.S. in Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Baltimore and am a graduate of the The Wharton School's Advanced Management Program.
