I build GTM infrastructure for email and outreach at scale I’m the CRO at InboxKit - an email infrastructure platform that handles managed mailboxes, warm-up, deliverability, and white-label/API services for agencies and SaaS teams sending at volume. We operate across Google, Outlook, and Azure. Based in Dubai. Alongside that, I founded The Playbook Agency, a Clay automation shop now under the InboxKit umbrella. Most of what we build sits at the intersection of data enrichment, signal routing, and outbound systems - the kind of infrastructure that makes cold outreach actually work. Day-to-day I’m leading GTM: building outbound playbooks, managing sales, running partnerships, and working on the operational layer that ties it all together. I also write about entrepreneurship and the reality of building at abbas.wtf, and host a podcast called Making Plays for agency founders and GTM tool builders.
