I’ve spent 25+ years in senior HR leadership, partnering with executive teams across highly regulated environments, including Takeda, Astellas, GSK, Unilever, Onsemi, and Rexam. My work has included global transformations, cultural change, M&A, divestments, restructures, and organisational redesign. I know what it takes to drive performance at scale while managing governance, regulation, and people. I’ve operated at executive levels, both as a foundation board member and as an advisor to organisations navigating leadership and cultural inflection points. Working in these environments, you see the same tension repeatedly. High-pressure systems demand resilience and composure. Leaders carry complexity quietly. Over time, that strain shows - sometimes in decision-making, sometimes in culture, often in themselves. That is where I now concentrate my work.
