After 10+ years leading GTM, revenue, and transformation programs for SaaS companies, one pattern became undeniable: AI only creates impact when it’s operationalized — integrated, governed, and connected to the real workflows running inside an enterprise. They need an execution layer: a way to orchestrate logic, context, integrations, and governance — and run them consistently across Salesforce, Slack, Google, Workday, HubSpot, custom APIs, and every internal system that matters. That’s why I started Stackmint. Stackmint is the Execution Layer for Enterprise AI — a platform where teams can build agents from modular Buds and Branches, enforce governance and auditability, and deploy workflows anywhere their business runs. No glue code. No fragmented ops. Just composable execution that scales. My background as a CRO shapes everything we build: the system has to be measurable, revenue-linked, and roll out cleanly across GTM, operations, and product teams. Enterprises don’t buy demos — they buy reliability, observability, and control.
