  • Drove the Technology Transfer and Licensing (ATL) initiative as part of the core strategy team at Airbus Group. Grew the business from ground up through the conception & execution of strategic plans, addition of multiple revenue streams, and setting up scalable operational processes.
  • Conceptualized a novel multi-technology, multi-year business model, called the Technology Transfer Framework (TTF) and formulated the go-to-market strategy. In 5 months, set up and conducted in-person meetings with the C-suite of top 48 automotive, motorsports, and railway companies in Europe, USA, and Japan. Closed a historical multi-million-dollar TTF deal with the CEO of a European luxury car maker in 7 months.
  • Too many "multis" mentioned above I realize, but this was truly an exhilarating experience with a steep learning curve. Technically, it was my first sales / BD role ever, first time working in such a nascent initiative (donning multiple hats) and there was no precedent for the business model we were trying to create, at that scale!
