• Started E Cell on 17 March 2009.
• started Concepto.exe , a competition where students excecutes teir business idea in campus for a week in the very first month of their admission. a very well appreciated exercise which led to few student companies later. Started start-up fare in 2010 which saw lots of startups of NCR pitiching for funds to investors . It inspired students to try their venture which led to Incubation centre.
• I started incubation centre at IMT which was inaugurated by Mr Nadan Neilkani & Mr Kamal Nath ( cabinet minister) on 17 March 2011. Student companies like Tatsam sports, Jazza financials, Buddy4study were the first few student companies which led to many more venture by students &alums equally.
• Start-up fare took the shape of ECONCLAVE in 2014 which was organised in association with NASSCOM-10K . Next Big Venture ( NBV) was another platform for students from all top business schools to pitch the idea to investors. The student entrepreneur were provided mentors as established & startup mentors , All selected participants pilot tested the idea for a month before pitching for funds at NBV Finals , which was during ECONCLAVE. Indian angle network, delhi startups, National entrepreneurship network (NEN) , Your nest etc were partenrs of ECONCLAVE in all three years. The First EConclave was on theme " Change Makers" and saw Vineet Rai ( Aavishkar), Pradeep Saha ( Rickshawbank) & SKS foundation as guest of honors for the event.
• ECONCLAVE 2015 was on theme " Inclusive development" in association with business world.
• ECONCLAVE 16 was organised on " Start-up India program : Opportunity for entrepreneurs" was covered in all major newspapers. Students get to work on some live startup projects under Case-Maze and winners receives the offer of joining the organisations due to very innovative solutions.
• Entrepreneurship is a buzzing word in campus among students now.

Apart from teaching my role was to strengthen relation between republic of India and Greece.

• The title of my research report was "Future of Organised agriculture based market at Warsaw: study of flower market at Bronisze" , where challenges faced by flower market and expansion strategy were discussed. Report was submitted to Bronisze Management and was much appreciated.
• Second research project was "To develop a fuzzy logic based forecasting for time series ". The work is published in "Expert systems and applications", 2012 , Elesvier publication.
