• One of my professional goals was to build my own Fitness Center, which was realized when I single-handedly conceptualized SPEED Institute. I later grew SPEED Institute into the largest athlete development center in South East Asia.
• The biggest lesson for me during this period was the value of a strong company culture that started with hiring the right people and then nurturing them in a way that provided them with an opportunity for growth, transformation, and engagement through collaboration.
• Through my experience with my staff, I became fascinated by leadership and discovered a new calling for myself. I then decided to sell my company and go back to school to pursue a Master's Degree in Leadership.

• Fresh out of the Military, I struggled to find my way in civilian life for a while until I discovered the profession of Personal Training. During my years working as a personal trainer and wellness coach, I learned how incredibly satisfying it is to play a role in the positive life changes of other people.
• In this role, I became obsessed with the art of coaching and how to be a positive influence on others.
• During this time, I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Complementary medicine while working full-time and raising a family and managed to graduate with full honors.
• Over the years, I grew as a leader to my clients into a leader in the fitness industry where I became an IDEA International Fitness Presenter and also produced my own workout video called: KickFit The Ultimate Workout, which I grew into a profitable club licensing system and instructor certification program.
