Before that, he established LATAM as one of Prodapt’s largest geographies and grew a major US-based Telco into an anchor account. Mehraj also played a pivotal role in institutionalizing Prodapt’s Sales Operations, Insights, and Inside Sales functions. Recognized for his authentic leadership, high agency, and strategic vision, Mehraj excels at combining big-picture thinking with a deep understanding of business and technology. He brings creativity and a disruptive mindset to the table, inspiring his teams to push the boundaries of possibility, whether through new business models, AI-driven approaches, or innovative service offerings. Before Prodapt, Mehraj held leadership roles at Virtusa, IBM, and Hewlett Packard across Marketing and Technology, driving strategic initiatives such as setting up a US-citizen-only development center for a defense client and partnering with ISVs for greenfield product development. Mehraj holds a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML), a Postgraduate Diploma in IT from IIIT Bangalore (where he received the Institute Medal for Overall Excellence from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam), and a Bachelor of Engineering from Madras University.
