• A.F.Ferguson & Co.(Management Consultancy Division) was retained by Government of Gujarat for carrying out monitoring and evaluation of all rural development schemes implemented by them in 19 districts of Gujarat. As Team Leader, I was responsible for the management of the project in all 19 districts where around 100 field staff were engaged in carrying out base line survey, concurrent monitoring and impact evaluation.
