About

As the Senior Meeting Technology Advisor at Cvent, I am dedicated to one of our Enterprise clients for the main purpose of supporting the client’s global meetings and event management strategy by acting as a project consultant and event creation support for conferences and events using Cvent technology. I have 15+ years of meeting and event experience and I am a detail-oriented professional with strengths in event planning, promotion, and execution. I have been using the Cvent platform since 2013 including Supplier Network, Event Management, OnArrival, Inquisium, Attendee Hub, and Salesforce integration. I earned Cvent’s Event Management Professional Management Advanced, Virtual Events, Hybrid Events, Account Administrator, and Attendee Hub Certificates. One of my greatest attributes is my ability to problem-solve under pressure with grace, and I do not back down from challenges. I started my career as a pastry cook for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. From the pastry kitchen, I migrated to the banquet and conference services department to work with the event execution side of the hotel industry. Prior to working for Cvent, I worked for a corporate tax consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 companies, where I planned and executed educational seminars, roundtables, and webinars throughout the U.S. and Canada. About me personally: I have two boys who both love to eat and cook. I took Spanish all throughout high school and college, and I speak Spanish whenever I can. I usually only watch Spanish television or movies and listen to Spanish music. I love everything tropical, but I love to ski too! If I am not sipping on white wine and trying new and unique foods, I am enjoying the company of my cats, who often pop in on my video calls! Fun fact: I once flew on the Concord
