I’m a consumer-tech operator with experience across category creation, growth strategy, and customer experience. Over the past few years, I’ve worked across three fast-moving environments, Urban Company, Paytm ONDC, and now Nykaa, which has given me a front-row seat to how categories are built, how consumers behave, and how digital products scale. I enjoy breaking down everyday user behavior and small product details to understand what truly drives adoption, retention, and delight. Whether it was helping expand Urban Company’s home services categories, working on ecosystem-building at Paytm ONDC, or now managing category levers at Nykaa, I’ve learned how consumer-tech decisions compound over time. Before Nykaa, I completed my MBA from ISB, where I focused on Strategy & Marketing. My year there reinforced how much I value learning by doing, from simulations and crisis management projects to real-world consumer research. Going forward, I’m deeply interested in the intersection of consumer-tech, category creation, and early-stage venture capital. I often write about market shifts, product insights, and lessons from operators/founders, and I enjoy mentoring students and early-career professionals navigating the same path I once did.
