Currently, I am at the helm of Fitistan, a thriving community where fitness dreams turn into reality. As the Co-founder of the Women Leadership Circle, I am deeply invested in creating avenues for women to ascend to leadership roles and shatter glass ceilings. My journey to these endeavours has been anything but ordinary. As a gold medalist from JU and an MBA in Finance from SCMHRD, I laid my professional foundation in the banking sector with HDFC Bank. My life took an unexpected turn when I was crowned Mrs. India World 2013, a recognition that opened new doors for me. Embracing this twist of fate, I delved into the world of image consulting. I found my calling in guiding individuals and organisations to polish their presence and articulate their identity with confidence and clarity. Empowering women has always been a cause close to my heart. With the Women Leadership Network, we aim to create a supportive platform where aspiring women leaders can gain the skills, knowledge, and network to excel in their respective fields. As a proud mother of 14-year-old twins, I am constantly inspired by my son, who has shown remarkable prowess as a world chess champion. His resilience and strategic mindset are qualities I admire and strive to instill in the individuals and leaders I mentor.
