During my master's, a revelation hit me: everything we do from a technological standpoint holds immense business impact. This fusion of business and tech became my passion, steering my journey from undergrad in electronics and communications in India to a transformative shift into Information Technology. Always driven by the idea of doing things better, my brain gravitated towards exploring multiple ways to enhance processes. This analytical mindset, rooted in data points, led me to transition from electronics to IT. I aspired to be a technologist while actively participating in the strategic management side of the business. The turning point came at Infosys, where the directive "Building tomorrow's enterprise today" left a lasting imprint. Starting as a software engineer, I faced the challenge of being on the bench early in my career. Uncomfortable with idleness, I delved into self-learning, brushing up on courses, and staying resourceful. In 2021, I decided to specialize and contribute significantly to the data management domain. With 15 years in the industry, I am now a Principal Solutions Consultant, focusing on customer data platforms, sales, consulting, proof of concept, and value engineering. Coaching, mentoring, and process leadership are integral facets of my role, resonating with the ethos of "Building tomorrow's enterprise today." My problem-solving approach emphasizes both the solution and procedure aspects, along with the crucial people aspect.
