I build brands that people can feel. Not just visually, but in how a company behaves, communicates and shows up for its customers and its own people. That’s the work I do at La Fosse, where I shape our brand and commercial strategy and make sure what we say publicly actually matches the experience inside the business. I like work that’s a bit knotty. Culture shifts. Brand refocuses. Leadership teams trying to find their voice. Functions that want impact but do not know where to start. I pull the story together, get the brand straight, then build the plans, systems and experiences that genuinely move the dial. A big part of my role at La Fosse sits around women in tech and the future of work. I run Unbound, our community tackling gender imbalance in tech, and I spend a lot of time on research into women and Gen Z. What they want from work. Why companies lose them. And what leaders need to do differently. That insight feeds directly into everything I build, from messaging and communities through to executive narratives. I’m direct, practical and very results focused. If something is unclear, I’ll say it. If something is overcomplicated, I’ll strip it back. And if there’s an opportunity to create something sharper, more human or more effective, I’ll take it.
