Hi, I’m Aditi 👋 I grew up attending 14 schools across 6 countries. I was often the new girl in the room. Starting over became familiar, so did listening carefully, adapting quickly, and learning how to make people feel comfortable even when I wasn’t sure I felt it myself. That experience shaped how I move through the world. I pay attention. I value access. I understand how much courage it takes to step into spaces where you do not yet see yourself reflected. Today, I have the privilege of serving as Chief of Staff at Round, a finance automation startup supporting some of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. I work across product, go-to-market, brand, and strategy, particularly in early-stage moments where direction, clarity, and trust matter deeply. Before this, I led go-to-market and product marketing for AI-powered career tools at LinkedIn across EMEA and LATAM. That chapter strengthened my belief that careers are not just professional paths. They shape identity, stability, and confidence. Alongside my full-time role, I run a tech, money, and career platform reaching 200K+ people and generating 13M+ views. I’m grateful to collaborate with companies such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, Tencent, Meta, and Wix to create thoughtful, practical content around work, money, and long-term ambition.
