About

Marketing, creativity, and everything in between. I love helping brands talk the way customers actually like to listen. For reasons I can’t fully explain, I enjoy judging every hoarding, headline, and social post I come across. There’s a little to learn from everything, and a lot to learn about what not to do :) ‘Scroll-stopping’ copy isn’t enough for me. I’m happiest when it makes you stop, smile… and buy the damn thing. When I’m not thinking about marketing, I’m busy being an unpaid Messi PR agent ;) I can talk football for hours (consider yourself warned). I also play football and badminton, can’t think of a better dopamine hit! Always up for fun conversations, sharp ideas, or just swapping bad memes. 📩 DMs are open.

Experience

Gama360

Brand Manager & Creative Strategist

Jul 2025Present · 9 mos

  • LinkedIn got me this job :)
  • Started with writing random posts on this app,
  • Ended up building brands that people actually buy from.
  • Anyways, back to the story:
  • Now I work in a marketing agency
  • where real estate is the playground
  • and buyer psychology is the game.
  • From ultra luxury homes
  • to mid segment housing
  • Same city
  • completely different buyers
  • completely different mindsets
  • Someone is buying status
  • someone is buying security
  • someone is just buying their first “we made it” moment
  • And none of them should hear the same story.
  • That is where I come in.
  • My job is not just marketing
  • it is finding the fit
  • Between product and people
  • between aspiration and affordability
  • between what is built and what is felt
  • And then turning that into communication that actually lands.
  • What I work on:
  • Building brand narratives, positioning and tone of voice
  • Writing everything from hoardings to brochures to full sales decks
  • Creating video scripts, walkthroughs and launch campaigns
  • Translating market insights into concepts that actually make sense
  • Working closely with clients and aligning ideas with execution
  • Leading teams and making sure things ship on time without chaos
  • The fun part?
  • No two projects are the same.
  • What works for a 3 crore luxury apartment
  • will completely fail for a 60 lakh home.
  • Real estate taught me this the hard way:
  • Good communication does not sell homes.
  • Right communication does.
  • Get the market fit right
  • and sales start feeling like a side effect.

Spring money

Marketing & Sales Intern

Jan 2025Jun 2025 · 5 mos

  • LinkedIn got me this internship :)
  • “You don’t learn swimming by reading about water.”
  • Heard it from Nikhil sir, CEO at Spring Money.
  • Did not fully get it then.
  • Got it later.
  • Anyways, back to the story:
  • Joined a fintech startup thinking
  • I will finally “do finance.”
  • Reality was different.
  • I was surrounded by engineers
  • talking about AI, coding, deploying models…
  • And I was just sitting there like
  • “yeah… makes sense”
  • (it did not)
  • Major FOMO kicked in.
  • Everyone seemed to know what they were doing.
  • Except me.
  • I wanted to do something in finance.
  • Just did not know what that something was.
  • So I started somewhere random.
  • Started writing on LinkedIn.
  • No strategy.
  • No niche.
  • Just thoughts.
  • And somewhere in between posting and overthinking
  • something clicked.
  • People started engaging.
  • Conversations started happening.
  • That is when I started getting involved in actual work:
  • Worked on B2C marketing ideas to attract and retain users
  • Helped in improving sales funnels using simple behavioral insights
  • Created content and social media pieces that actually got attention
  • Used LinkedIn and digital platforms to build reach and conversations
  • Collaborated with RIAs and finance experts to understand real customer needs
  • And I realized this:
  • I did not just like finance.
  • I liked talking about it, simplifying it, marketing it.
  • That was new.
  • That was exciting.
  • Also picked up a strong foundation in sales and marketing along the way
  • something no classroom really teaches you properly.
  • What started as confusion
  • turned into clarity.
  • Still learning.
  • Still figuring things out.
  • But at least now
  • I am not just reading about the water :)

Cosmos co-operative bank ltd.

Banking Operations Intern

Dec 2023Jan 2024 · 1 mo · Maharashtra, India · On-site

  • Banking professor walked into class and casually dropped this:
  • “You have a 1 month mandatory internship.”
  • Next thing I know, I am inside a bank.
  • No clue what to expect.
  • Just curiosity on overdrive.
  • First few days, I was that kid.
  • Asking way too many questions.
  • How does this work?
  • Why is this done like that?
  • What happens if this goes wrong?
  • Apparently, that is not normal.
  • Most MBA interns,
  • as I was told, quietly sit in a corner scrolling reels.
  • We did not.
  • Got a “you guys are different :)” from the team.
  • I am counting that as a win.
  • (Soft brag accepted.)
  • I got a front row seat to how a bank actually runs:
  • Daily operations
  • Customer handling which honestly needs god level patience
  • Backend processes that people never see
  • And one big realization:
  • Banks do not run on money.
  • They run on systems, trust and chai breaks :)
  • Left with way more clarity than I walked in with.
  • And a new respect for people who deal with
  • “sir, just 2 minutes” customers all day.
