• As a group leader and featured presenter for 50+ Job Seekers Networking Group program that assists mature workers with their job-search and career aspirations. I facilitated in-person and remote career services sessions to an audience of job seekers age 50+.
• In 2019 I started as group Leader for the Hopkinton and Franklin locations, working with town Senior Center staff to create, promote, and deliver sessions that focus on older workers looking for work or to transition to a new field.
• In 2020, when the pandemic hit, I helped convert the program from an in-person program to online/Zoom, including writing a Zoom facilitation manual for my colleagues. We accomplished this conversion within three weeks.
• In the Spring of 2021, this program was one of a few non-essential programs funded by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• In fact, the program expanded from 8 sessions to approximately 72, including an interactive series, networking days, a guest speaker series, and panel events.
• I authored 10 of the 12 major presentations and co-hosted 30 sessions with HR expert Melody Beach.
• Ageism is a growing problem for employers and our country, because the USA is growing older. Program such as this one are a vital component in Career Services.
• I'm proud of how everyone associated with the MCOA and this 50+ group does so much to assist mature job-seekers, going beyond the usual call-of-duty.

• talked with students about their career choices and helped them figure out their major, where to intern, and what they'd like to do next or in a few years.

• used modern software, including Handshake, VMOCK, and Trello to assist students and organize my work.

• I also wrote a STEM Bootcamp, some Intro to Microsoft Office courses, various soft-skills workshops, and a series of "how-to" documents for both staff and clients.
• In late March 2019, my duties expanded to include supervising the Framingham Career Center Resource Room and Online Learning Center (OLC). This work included constant client interaction, reviewing client résumés, helping clients with their cover letters, conducting practice interviews, and helping people register with the career center.
• I even occasionally used my hi-tech skills to assist my colleagues with their computer-related issues.

In addition, I frequently presented at Massachusetts State offices, cities & towns, and educational institutions.
• When not presenting in-person classes, I frequently conducted webinars, and also built webcasts by writing PowerPoint presentations, narrating scripts and creating Closed Captioning recordings. The webcasts were uploaded to YouTube and made available to the Public.
• Two of my notable accomplishments at OSD include being chosen to rewrite the CommBuys Enablement Guide shortly after my hire, and after training my group in the use of the new AT&T web-conferencing software, being asked by the Training director to train the entire agency.
