About

I’ve always been drawn to how people learn, change, and grow. With 10+ years in Learning & Development and a background in psychology, I care deeply about designing learning experiences that do more than transfer knowledge. They shift behavior. Today, that work lives at the intersection of learning, systems, and AI. As organizations adopt new tools and technologies, I focus on making sure the human side keeps up. Whether I’m designing AI-enabled learning templates, scalable onboarding programs, or knowledge systems that improve discovery, my goal is simple: help people feel confident, capable, and supported as they adapt. My work isn’t about producing content. It’s about building systems that make change stick. I bring a builder’s mindset to everything I do. I create programs from the ground up, translate complex ideas into intuitive learning experiences, and align learning strategy to real business outcomes. My areas of focus include: - AI-enabled learning and adoption strategy - Behavior science and adult learning theory - Instructional design & UI/UX for learning - Change management and process adoption - Knowledge management and scalable learning systems - Inclusive and accessible learning design - Learning analytics and storytelling I’m passionate about building learning environments that meet people where they are (especially in moments of change) and helping teams grow with clarity and confidence in the age of AI. If you’re interested in geeking out about learning, behavior, or AI adoption, let’s connect.
