I work at the intersection of GCC implementation, workforce scaling, and the future of work—helping global organizations set up, build, and scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India with speed, quality, and governance. I’ve played a pivotal role in the setup and management of 20 GCCs and 4 Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) programs, scaling 2500+ technology and core engineering professionals across business functions. A key specialization I’ve developed is building Industrial GCCs—establishing and scaling GCCs in India for global manufacturing companies, where capability build plans align closely with product engineering, platforms, quality, and enterprise functions, while meeting high standards for execution rigor and global stakeholder confidence. My focus areas include GCC operating models, capability build plans, talent acquisition and hiring pods, talent analytics, workforce budgeting, employer branding, and rewards.
