Building products with AI agents. 3 years ago, I co-founded Thena, backed by Lightspeed and Firstround, we built the Slack customer support wave. Helped hundreds of companies including Cloudflare, Amplitude, and Zapier with Slack customer support. 10 years ago, I joined Branch in its first year with zero customers and revenue, worked with rockstar team members, customers and partners for 6 years. Scaled from $0-$100m in revenue, 0-100k developers, 0-1000 partners. Some of the largest brands like Amazon, Meta, Tencent, Baidu, Apple, Spotify, McDonalds worked with Branch to define the landscape of mobile growth economy. My work cuts departments, roles, countries and cultures. What I enjoy the most is building with rockstar teams - got lucky with humans in the last decade, now moved to AI.
