• ▶ Hired for Engineering, Product, and Design as part of the R&D Talent Acquisition team.
• ▶ Led Leadership & Specialty recruiting, bringing in ~100 Atlassians across IC & management roles.
• ▶ Built key teams from the ground up: Central AI/ML Engineering, Enterprise Cloud, ITSM (JSM/OpsGenie/Bitbucket), Search Platform, Security, and Ecosystem.
• ▶ Helped teams cut through hiring roadblocks and scale at speed.
• ▶ Worked closely with sourcing, talent intelligence, C&B, enablement, people ops, and candidate experience to turn hiring into a competitive advantage.
• ▶ Provided data-backed hiring insights, keeping teams ahead of the curve on talent trends.
• ▶ Led TA projects, from UAT testing for the new ATS to driving recruitment process shifts.

• My Role at Numerator:
• ▶ 7th team member and 1st recruiter at Numerator’s newly launched Pune CoE for R&D, Engineering, and Product Management. Built entire teams from scratch, scaling from 7 to 75+ in a year.
• ▶ Hired both individual contributors and leadership roles, shaping the foundation for Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, Cloud, and Data teams.
• ▶ Partnered directly with India’s TA leadership and Global Engineering & Product heads to drive end-to-end hiring for in-house technology teams.
• ▶ Recruited across Software Engineering (Java, Python/Django, Node.js, MEAN/MERN, Angular, React, Ruby on Rails), SDET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Data Visualization, and Product Management.
• ▶ Evaluated, tested, and implemented technical assessment platforms for R&D hiring in India. Managed vendor performance, agency proposals, and onboarding.
• ▶ Drove Employer Branding, took Numerator from an unknown name to a recognized player, with candidates actively engaging, following us, and referring their networks.
• ▶ Earned multiple executive leadership recognitions for impact in recruiting and branding.
