• As the Product Owner for Valo Intranet, Valo Extranet, and Valo Entrance, I guided my teams in the development of the products. I gathered feedback and feature suggestions from the Valo partners, scanned the ever-changing digital world, and modified the product roadmaps according to the collected information. I communicated news and changes in our products to the partners with blogs, webinars, and news posts.

• My journey at Blue Meteorite began as a customer coordinator for our Office 365 and SharePoint on-prem customers. I also had the opportunity to work on our service desk team, as a consultant and O365 Artist. In these roles, I demonstrated my flexibility and growth mindset by learning how to explain technical jargon to non-technical customers and gently push maintenance customers towards updating their environments. As a O365 Artist, I expanded my training experience and skills, learning how to turn my wide knowledge of O356 services into solutions that fulfilled the customer needs.
• I also hosted the O365 Keep on Track webinars with my colleague from 2016 to 2021.
• From January 2017 onwards, I was an integral part of a small, self-leading team of 4 people whose main goal was to improve the customer delivery process of our Valo Intranet products. We reached our goals each quarter and improved the profitability of our delivery projects significantly. During the projects we delivered, I learned the installation process, the role of project manager, and continued to develop my training and consulting skills. I also took the responsibility of sharing knowledge about Valo release updates internally with our consultancy business to streamline the update process.
