With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, I am the Group CIO, EVP and member of executive management team at OP Financial Group, the largest financial institution in Finland. I am also a board member at Siirto Brand Oy, XMLdation Oy and OP Vähittäisasiakkaat Oyj as well as joint venture of OP and our strategic partner Accenture. In my current role, I oversee the group's information technology, data, AI and digitalization strategies as well as omnichannel capabilities, and lead a team of over 5000 IT professionals. I am passionate about driving digital transformation and innovation in the finance industry, and leveraging my expertise in cloudification and AI to create value for our customers, collegues and stakeholders.
