• Delane managed the Ignition Centre at KPMG Singapore’s office. The Ignition Centre is a global network of innovation centres in select KPMG offices worldwide.
• She curates emerging technologies and helps MNC and SME clients understand technology adoption implications and use cases.
• Designs and conducts workshops for senior management using design thinking and empathy-led methodologies. Workshops are customized to solve the following types of challenges: opportunity finding, ideation, rapid prototyping, understanding the 4D design thinking process, inculcating an innovation mindset, training organizational champions, etc.
• Sets up collaborative partnership networks with global technology partners in Southeast Asia for joint go-to-market strategies and shared value-creation.
• Kickstarted development of the Virtual Ignition Centre Singapore, a VR, digital twin experience during covid.
• Delane is also part of the steering committee of ZEAL, KPMG Singapore women's group, a Diversity & Inclusion initiative.

• Established in collaboration with MIT, we are the world’s premier scholarly hub for technology intensive design research and practice.
• Delane facilitated numerous workshops in design thinking and design innovation for large public and private institutions, led and worked on several award-wining projects or projects covered in the media and improved education delivery operations for IDC's online platform.
• Selected projects include:
• A children's financial literacy and education tool for a regional bank (Awarded Good Design Mark 2018)
• UV resiliency wearables for protecting against the harmful effects of excessive sun exposure (in collaboration with the MIT Urban Risk Lab)
• A commemorative token that combined ancient design language from Plato and modern AR technology
• Developed the curriculum and delivery of several new design education and methodology tools for use in client-facing projects.

• She created two key programs: Kairos Apprentice (K-App), a hands-on entrepreneurship education program; and K360, the first regional study mission to various start-up ecosystems in various Southeast Asian countries.

• Conceptualized and developed Ampere, the world's first wireless charging phone sleeve.
