I’m a communications and learning professional passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences through clear storytelling, engaging learning programs, and strategic collaboration. Currently, I work with the Digital P&M team at HARMAN, where I focus on Communications and Learning Programs that support organizational alignment, knowledge sharing, and capability building across the team. My work centers on simplifying complex ideas, enabling teams with the right learning resources, and strengthening communication that connects people to purpose, strategy, and impact. Prior to this, I was part of the Learning & Development team within HR at HARMAN, where I partnered with leaders and teams to design and deliver learning initiatives that supported employee growth and organizational development. This experience helped me build a strong foundation in learning strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and program execution. I enjoy working at the intersection of communication, learning, and digital transformation—turning ideas into structured programs, shaping narratives that resonate with employees, and enabling teams to learn and grow together.
