• I worked at Aktia Bank as the interim director responsible for Aktia Cards and Payments Business Unit. The unit works with the overall Lifecycle management of Aktia Visa branded cards and consumer credits and servicing Aktia Finance with services in regards to running their Mastercard program. My goal at Aktia is to ensure the growth targets set by Aktia strategy. I also had the P&L responsibility attached to my role.

• Responsible for Crosskey Card and Mobile Payments Business
• At Crosskey I have been in charge of setting up the Card Business Unit, organising, staffing and setting the vision and goals for the unit, I had P&L responsibility. I was a member of the executive team of Crosskey and as a regional director also responsible for our Finnish market.
• Crosskey Card and Mobile Payments Solutions cover most parts of the card issuance sector. The services and solutions handle everything from applications to billing. All parts required to operate a card business, such as card manufacturing, accounting and printing, are examples of interfaces that are available. Crosskey has direct connections to both Mastercard- and Visa- schemas. The solution is also a hub for mobile payments, where the end-user can create payments to other people.
• At the Card and mobile payments unit we were the first unit at Crosskey to change our work processes to Agile. We have gone from a traditional waterfall methodology to an agile (scrum) way to work, we deliver high quality by working according to Software Development Life Cycle with great emphasis on test automation.
• I was the program owner of PCI DSS at Crosskey and was a key player in ensuring that Crosskey became PCI DSS Compliant back in 2013 and implemented the PCI DSS quality mindset in the Business As Usual daily processes.

• As the CIO of S-Bank I was responsible for the bank's Service production and IT department and a member of the executive team of S-Bank. I was responsible for ensuring that the banks infrastructure and solutions fulfilled the business needs of the bank. I restructured and streamlined the organization in order to meet the demands of the post-project way of work within the bank. A member of the S-Group Strategic IT forum. When S-Bank acquired Citibank Finlands consumer lending business, I was responsible for the merger of the loan portfolio into S-Bank including IT and resources

• I had the opportunity to be a part of starting up Proactum. Worked with various issues related to a start-up company; everything from developing the company website, recruiting people, offering to customer prospect to setting up the office IT. Started to work as a consultant for the S-Group in a project to setup a Bank for the Group, S-Bank. At the S-Bank project I worked as a test manager in the beginning of the project, responsible for the technical tests. The responsibility grew to lead the implementation and setup of S-Banks Card System and being a key role in the overall technical projects related to setting up the bank.
