About

I build the operational infrastructure that powers community. Ten years in. Four countries lived. Countless systems built from zero in environments where the playbook didn't exist yet. I'm a community operations and membership strategist who thinks in systems, moves fast, and genuinely loves the moment chaos becomes a process. I work at the intersection of strategy and execution, which means I don't just identify what needs to exist, I build it. What that has looked like in practice: Managing 15+ events for founders, VCs, and operators across Michigan with a 4.9/5 satisfaction rating. Running three CEO retreats one founder called the best he had ever attended. Building CRM strategy and data infrastructure to scale a statewide membership organization. Driving program model changes across 10 countries without a budget or formal authority, reaching 6,000+ women in the process. Writing 400+ pages of technical curriculum from scratch. Publishing a book on community building during a pandemic. Building Lovable apps and GTM strategies for fun. I am equally strong in the room and behind the systems that make the room work. My approach is precise but human. I am a stabilizer in high-stakes environments and an early warning system for misalignment. I surface the dependency nobody else saw coming, then build the cross-functional process that prevents it next time. I thrive on teams that move with intention, value operational rigor, laugh a lot, and want someone who will build what is missing without being asked twice.
