15 years in technical recruitment will teach you a few things... One of them is that adding engineers to a stalled roadmap often creates more overhead than momentum. I've placed thousands of contract and permanent hires but the pattern repeats itself enough that you start asking different questions. That's what led me to OAK'S LAB. We're a Prague-based software development partner for US Series A-D ventures - 65+ products built, $7B+ combined valuation, partners including Nasdaq Private Market, Blackpoint Cyber and Capital Markets Gateway. What makes us different is the strong technical depth of Prague coupled with our partnership model: fully autonomous squads across Engineering, QA, PM and Design that manage their own execution.
