If my life was a movie, it would probably sit somewhere between Moneyball and The Martian, trying to build systems where none exist and figuring things out until they work. Along the way there have been army posts under fire, warehouses where inventory kept disappearing, long nights tracing fraud through data patterns, and functions that had to be built from scratch because nothing existed yet. Most of the time it was less about having the answers and more about patiently working through problems until things started moving again. At Jumbotail, I had the opportunity to help build the Security, Investigation and Ethics function into a pan-India control network, working across investigations, crisis response and ground-level operations. Earlier chapters include scaling supply chain and compliance at a high-growth consumer brand, working on strategy at a Tier-1 law firm, and serving as a combat officer in the Indian Army, all experiences that shaped how I think about systems, people and responsibility. Right now I’m focused on operations growth and expansion, helping build businesses where strong systems quietly make everything else possible. Still learning. Still building.
