I currently serve as President of Pearson’s Enterprise Learning and Skills (ELS) business, where I lead a global P&L focused on helping enterprises build future-ready workforces through learning, skilling, and AI-enabled talent transformation. My role spans the full value chain - strategy, sales, partnerships, product, engineering, delivery, and operations - shaping how enterprises prepare for a rapidly evolving world of work in the AI era. I also serve as Chair of Pearson’s India operations and am a member of the Pearson Executive Management (PEM) team. Before Pearson, I spent over eight years at Accenture as a Senior Managing Director and member of the Global Leadership Council. During that time, I held several global leadership roles including Europe Technology Sales, Solutions & Ecosystem Lead, Google Cloud Platform Sales Lead, and Global Technology Industry Lead for Telecoms and Media. Earlier in my career, I worked with leading technology services organizations such as Tech Mahindra and HCL Technologies, and co-founded Unimobile - a product start-up later acquired by Verisign. Over three decades, I have worked across companies at very different stages of growth - from scaling a USD 10M start-up to leading portfolios exceeding USD 16B in global revenue. My career has been deeply customer-centric, focused on building ecosystems, driving innovation, and helping organizations navigate large-scale technology and workforce transformations. Having lived and worked in India, the USA, Singapore, Germany, and Switzerland, I bring a global perspective shaped by diverse markets and cultures. I am a relationship-driven leader who believes that sustainable success comes from trust, collaboration, and shared purpose. I lead from the front - especially during moments of uncertainty - with an entrepreneurial mindset that emphasizes ownership, measured risk-taking, and high energy. In recent years, I have developed a strong passion for mindful leadership - cultivating clarity, presence, and inner stability as foundations for effective decision-making and resilient teams. I believe that combining technological transformation with human-centric leadership is essential for the future of work. Beyond my professional role, I actively support diversity and inclusion initiatives and contribute to social impact efforts focused on improving literacy and access to education across communities in India.
