At BT/EE I grew one of the UK’s most advanced in-house design organisations, embedding design into product & propositions strategy through a deep understanding of real customer needs. I’ve led teams of up to 240 people, delivered £60M–£0.3B transformation programmes and improved e-commerce and service conversion by up to 270%. My leadership combines strategic vision with hands-on customer-focused delivery, driving productivity and innovation through multi-brand design systems, AI-infused design and reusable service patterns. Throughout my career I’ve transformed company cultures towards evidence-based decision-making, built behavioural science labs, grown advanced research practices and produced world-class digital journeys that enhance customer satisfaction while achieving strategic business goals.
