As a program manager in the customer experience team at Freshworks, I lead a team of business analysts to continuously analyse customer engagements to drive process and product improvements thereby reducing the monthly support volume. Moreover, I work towards improving multiple customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, Escalations, and Bot-Deflections through identifying and solving for top customer pain points by collaborating with product, engineering and marketing teams internally. I have attained Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. I have 30 months of experience as a Co-founder for Imfundo in Delhi which provided educational products and services to school students for them to learn robotics, programming and gadgetry. I handled the sales and marketing, business strategy and product development of educational solutions. I am an I.T. Engineering Graduate from Cluster Innovation Centre, University of Delhi. I was actively involved in the managing the robotics society which conducted robotics workshops for college students, school students and college professors educating 400 participants over 4 years.
