About

I’m the CEO and founder of KVA, a digital healthcare communications agency built on a simple belief. You can do outstanding work and still lead with kindness. At KVA, we work at the intersection of culture, behaviour and technology. We help healthcare and consumer brands communicate more clearly, ethically and humanly, using digital tools, data and emerging tech in a way that puts people first and improves outcomes for both patients and professionals. I started my career creatively, then taught myself to code because I wanted to understand how things actually work, not just how they look. That curiosity led me into discovering creative uses for technology that impact behaviour change, and it still drives everything I build today. I’ve been recognised as a Campaign Magazine 40 Over 40 winner, but the work I’m most proud of is the culture we’ve built and the impact our teams have on patients, professionals and organisations. Under my leadership, KVA became the first agency globally to introduce unlimited paid holiday, reflecting my belief that trust and performance go hand in hand. Alongside KVA, I’m the host of Health Applied, a podcast exploring how health, technology, culture and behaviour intersect in real life. Through honest conversations with experts and leaders, the podcast looks at how we can build healthier systems for both people and businesses. I also run Culture Queen, a platform focused on emotional intelligence, leadership and making the world of work a better place for everyone. This work comes from years of building teams, navigating growth, and seeing first-hand how culture directly affects performance, wellbeing and retention. I’m a co-founder and investor in GroWild, a gardening app designed to help people reconnect with nature, learn new skills and improve wellbeing through growing their own fruit and vegetables. It reflects my wider interest in products that improve everyday life in simple, practical ways. Finally, I’m a co-founder of Success Sisters, where we create content, coaching and courses for people who want to build businesses or careers with confidence, clarity and self-belief. Our YouTube channel shares behind-the-scenes insights on building a business and life intentionally, and we’ve recently launched our first course for early-stage entrepreneurs. Everything I do centres around one purpose. Creating positive impact for people. At work, at home, and in the systems we build around them.
