At 23, I packed a rucksack, left the UK, and landed in Melbourne with no plan, no savings, and no safety net. I went from beauty therapist to tech recruiter, from agency employee to business owner, not because I had it all figured out, but because I was willing to start before I felt ready. That belief became my career, my book, and my mission. Today, I run CH Solutions, an IT & digital recruitment agency, where I see firsthand who gets hired and why. I co-founded Sisterhood Club to elevate women in tech through mentorship and community. I built Pivotr to help professionals pivot careers with clarity. I host the Career Confidence Podcast, interviewing CEOs, founders, and industry leaders. And I wrote The Bold Move, an Amazon bestseller helping women build confidence and reinvent their careers in the age of AI.
