I am an ex-McKinsey Consultant with two decades of experience across Technology, Media/Creators/Content, Enterprise SaaS, E-Commerce, and Management Consulting. As Lead, Global Partnerships for Meta in India, I lead a team that manages Meta's partnerships with Creators, Public Figures, Publishers, Agencies and OTTs and TV networks in India. In my exciting 5+ years with McKinsey, I led complex, high-priority programs for multinational organisations in dynamic, fast-paced environments and led large multicultural, geographically distributed teams. I led engagements on strategy, operations transformation, sales transformation, risk management, and strategic due diligences for leading companies across India, Europe, and the US. I managed CEO/CXO relationships and wide sets of cross-functional stakeholders across geographies on all my engagements. In my one year stint with the e-commerce start-up, I grew the company's P&L 3x to $5M in an year while maintaining a positive gross margin. I launched new categories, created and scaled up new functions like category management, led cross-functional sourcing/marketing/technology teams at times, and conceptualised and led a number of product/platform technology features.
