About

LARGE-SCALE TOURING & RESIDENT ENTERTAINMENT & EVENTS OPERATIONS DIRECTOR & GLOBAL CITIZEN I started in aviation and discovered my passion for managing live events. I was instinctively drawn to the world’s largest purely business aviation Static Display of Aircraft. The event was a three-day marketplace of over 200+ corporate jets. For the next 13 years, I was able to perfect my leadership management abilities in a multi-cultural environment and execute my strong financial management decision making skills while keeping operations costs in-line and reducing when necessary. After successfully learning F&B, ticketing and showroom operations at “O” I transitioned to Mystère and my dedication, hard work and passion allowed me to grow with the organization. I was soon recruited to CdS’s touring production, TOTEM. My ability to thrive under pressure allowed me to successful manage the global operations for 130 technicians, Artists and staff traveling to 26 cities from Europe, North America, New Zealand and Australia. As an innovative thinker, while on tour I successful launched the creation of the VIP Behind the Scenes Tour experience with limited resources. This was an added value to the world-class guest experience and added millions of additional revenue to the bottom line. The results were a win-win situation for guests as well as the company. As I continue to grow professional I joined Carnival Cruise Line. While working in a non-stop, extremely demanding environment I mentored the Cruise Director and entertainment staff to take a ship ranked 14th in the fleet to number 2. I thrive in a business that is full of uncertainty, daily challenges while always maintaining a positive attitude and inviting work environment. I’m a proven leader with setting clear expectations while fostering high performing teams. • High-energy and forward-thinking. • Ability to cultivate excellent relationships among a wide range of personalities • Extremely driven and strong team leader
