While handling the research on family business and developing certain patented consulting products, I work with organisations in the design of integrated leadership and well-being interventions, which combine my expertise in the areas of Organisational design and Decision-making coaching. I am also passionate about enabling individuals and leaders make career transitions. I provide support anchored in leadership coaching, psychometric assessment and professional branding to help people define their career purpose and positioning.  I have been continuously experimenting with my professional strength and discovering new passions.
