• I designed consumer and enterprise digital experiences for one of India's largest telecommunications and digital services companies, serving millions of users across web and mobile platforms.
• Consumer Products: I designed key experiences for Jio.com and the Jio mobile app, creating intuitive user flows across web and mobile platforms that helped users discover products, manage their accounts, and access Jio's ecosystem of digital services.
• Enterprise Solutions - Jio Business: I led an end-to-end system redesign for Jio Business, a platform serving SMEs and large enterprises. Working with three other designers, I designed a unified self-service portal that streamlined the complete customer journey—from product discovery and purchase through onboarding, service management, and billing. This transformation empowered businesses to independently manage their telecom needs, reducing operational friction while improving customer satisfaction.

• I was a part of an ongoing project regarding API management and development. We have developed the POC and right now working up the business and UI front. My role is to research upon the possible user experiences for the product by doing market and domain research.

• This was an initiative by Think Design to provide Work From Home internships to students who lost the opportunity due to ongoing COVID-19 situation. The internship was broken into two modules of one month each. The first month was spent in understanding the various design research methods and followed by module two in which we had to do a practical project under a mentor.
• My research topic was studying how purchase of Essential and Non-essential items will be affected in the Retail market segment in this COVID-19 era.

• This project has been funded by the National Security Council Secretariat to develop e-governance solutions using blockchain technology. Deployment of the project is being done in three phases and currently we are at phase two after POC. During the first two months, my role was being part of the Land Records Management team and doing research and development for deployment of the portal.

• REPL is a large organization which deals in architecture and structural consultancy projects. My role here was to assist the team led by Ar. Manish Jain. I have worked on various large scale projects including apartment housing, low rise housing colony, part of Dehradoon smart city project. My works included working drawings, 3D view generations and visualization of drawings for use in presentations. I had a very client facing work and learnt how to understand his needs and fulfill them.

• This was my first experience as a trainee architect. I got to work with a team of enthusiastic people on a variety of projects. I have worked on the design phase of multiple hospitality projects such as hotels, restaurants and bars. In the execution phase, a Row Housing project was successfully executed by me under guidance of a mentor. Occasionally I used to work on some graphic design for presentation work and use on social media for brand promotion.
