• I lead the Product & Engineering function for Content & Business Products (CBP). CBP uses technology and data to optimize and automate the content creation process including content slate planning, financing, production, promotion, and distribution. • I lead the Content Engineering team. We optimize and automate the creation of TV shows and Movies through technology and data. This includes the planning, production, globalization, promotion and marketing, launch activities.
• We support Netflix's fast growing ads business by launching fully owned and operated advertising stack - Netflix Advertising Suite (NAS) in 12 markets. This includes all aspects of the ads platform:
• supply (ad serving, interfacing with member systems, supporting SVOD/Live streaming, etc.)
• demand (advertising facing interfaces, measurement, finance, ....)
• foundational capabilities for ads, etc.

• Lead the backend engineering team with the following focus areas:
• (1) Studio Production develops software to automate Netflix Studio's content productions from script to screen. We help free up creative resources to focus on what's important, producing amazing & entertaining content. The goal is to effectively optimize the production process for efficiency and transparency.
• (2) Creative Production & Promotion's goal is to improve member impact by launching and promoting our content at scale with declining cost per promotional assets per title. Our primary partners are the Creative Production, Marketing, and Communications team.
• (3) Building up the nascent advertising platform to support the new subscription plans in partnership with Microsoft/Xandr.

• CPP team’s purpose is to equip Netflix to tell stories about stories, by launching and promoting great content at scale.  We build technology that enables effective production and distribution of creatives.  We partner with many internal teams such as Creative Production, Marketing, and Publicity.  Together our products manage a $2+ billion budget and millions of assets.
• We build products such as those to support
• Globalization needs including subtitles and dubs for all Netflix content, localizing our consumer experience.
• Creation of promotional media assets (e.g. trailers, artwork).
• Title setup, orchestrating promotional beats, efficient delivery and validation of media at scale.
• Marketing campaign planning across paid media (including programmatic), owned media (e.g. Netflix Tudum site), and earned media (journalist facing interface).
• In General Manager capacity leading Product/Design/Engineering the first year. Promoted to VP in 2020.
